Receipt and warranty tracking
Turn email receipts into organised purchase records
Keep proof of purchase close to your warranty details. Forward a receipt, invoice or warranty document to Vault and review the purchase information before keeping it in your account.
Email start@vlt.techmanpat.comHow receipt forwarding works
- Forward your document. Send your receipt email or purchase document to start@vlt.techmanpat.com. You can try this without signing up first.
- Open the review link. Vault sends a secure link back to your email address so you can review the imported receipt.
- Check the extracted details. Confirm the retailer, purchase date, items and total. AI extraction can make mistakes, so correct anything that does not match your receipt.
- Keep your record. Save the purchase in Vault and organise it with your other receipts and warranty information.
What should you send?
Use the original retailer email or a clear receipt, invoice or warranty PDF. Include the part showing the purchase date, retailer and amount. Keep the original document so you can check it against the extracted information.
Keep warranty evidence with your receipt
A receipt proves when and where you purchased an item. A warranty document provides separate evidence of the warranty terms. Review both before confirming an expiry date; an estimated warranty is not a guarantee of coverage.
Vault also lets you scan or upload receipts, organise records into folders, and track warranty expiry dates. See the free and paid plans for current limits and features.
